HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

The Site allows you to search for and book hotel rooms in thousands of cities all over the world. Users can search by city or by event. All search results returned to the user are generated by Expedia, and sorted from lowest price to highest price. Rooomr is actively seeking partnerships with events and surrounding hotels to offer you the most affordable rates and deals.

When you book a hotel room on Rooomr, the transaction is handled by Expedia. Expedia will receive the customer’s personal and payment information and make the reservation with the hotel. Expedia receives all payments and remits a percentage of the fees collected to Rooomr. Because the transaction is handled by Expedia, your credit/debit card statement will reflect a charge from TSP 8662690601 (TSP is an acronym for Travelscape, Expedia's clearinghouse).

For every hotel room booked on Rooomr, Rooomr makes a charitable contribution as set out below.

CONTRIBUTION DISCLOSURE

Every three months, Rooomr donates 5% of its quarterly gross revenue (before paying overhead expenses) received from hotel booking commissions to Virgin Unite USA Inc to be used in relation to the RE*Generation program for the benefit of homeless and at-risk youth, and related initiatives or projects. There is no maximum or minimum donation which Rooomr is required to make to Virgin Unite USA Inc and Rooomr shall continue to donate to Virgin Unite USA Inc until June 2013 and/or until the termination of any Memorandum of Understanding or termination of any further agreement between Rooomr and Virgin Unite USA Inc.

Rooomr may at its discretion donate no more than 5% of its gross revenue received from hotel booking commissions derived from named hotels and /or hotel groups to charities other than Virgin Unite USA Inc which benefit at-risk youth. In the event that Rooomr shall do so, Rooomr shall disclose the name of the other charities benefitting at-risk youth.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. HOTEL SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

While you should notify Rooomr if you wish to cancel a cancellable reservation in advance of your stay, if you are going to be delayed on your date of check in or find that you cannot check in to your hotel on the date you requested, you should contact the hotel to let them know. If you fail to check in to your hotel on the day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel, the remaining portion of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the terms and conditions of the applicable hotel.

Hotel cancellation policies vary. Certain reservations are non-cancellable and non-changeable. Others require you to pay a penalty if you cancel. Still others are fully refundable. Check the hotel cancellation policy when you book.

Depending on which hotel you make a reservation with, you may or may not be able to select your room type and number and type of debs.
